- Mah Jongg: Supervised Play with instructor Katie Goldberg will begin on Thursday, Nov. 19 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Westchester Reform Temple. Class is designed for students seeking a regular game to practice and hone their skills. Tuition is $90.
- Three Intermediate Bridge workshops begin on Tuesday, Dec. 1, from 1 to 2:45 p.m. at Westchester Reform Temple. Instructor Robin Brown will teach students how to bid the difficult hands. Class is designed for those who have completed the advanced beginner. Tuition is $75.
- Holidays in Mind: Alfred Hunt, professor emeritus of history at Purchase College, will explore the history of the celebration and secularization in America of Christmas in a new class designed exclusively for Scarsdale Adult School. Class meets on Wednesday, Dec. 2 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at Scarsdale Public Library. Tuition is $20.
- Religion and Art: Imagery of the nativity will be the focus of Martin Merchant’s new class. This two-session lecture will concentrate on the Renaissance period throughout Europe and highlight artwork currently on display in many New York museums. The course begins Thursday, Dec. 3 and meets from 1 to 3 p.m. at Scarsdale Public Library. Tuition is $50.

- Mac Basics: Laptop Learning, Tuesday, Dec. 1, 12:30-3 p.m. Tuition is $120.
